Chase Thomason has replaced longtime Salt Lake City morning weather anchor, Debbie Worthen.
Thomason told viewers his first day on the KUTV 2News morning show was Monday in a Facebook post.
“7:30 PM is bedtime in this house now. I’ll see you all tomorrow morning on KUTV 2News This Morning.”
Worthen left the Sinclair-owned CBS affiliate in January after 15 years.
Thomason joined the station as a meteorologist in June 2014. He came from Oklahoma City, OK where he was a meteorologist at KFOR-TV.
