Warren Doremus, who was a reporter at Rochester, NY NBC affiliate WHEC for 45 years, has died.
Doremus, who was 91, passed away yesterday. He officially retired in 1991, but continued to appear on the station, including just last year when another WHEC legend, Janet Lomax, retired after 36 years with WHEC. In fact, Doremus hired Lomax in 1980.
Doremus began reporting for WHEC-AM in 1946, before moving to TV.
