
Scott Hetsko will return to Rochester CBS affiliate WROC on Sunday, four months after a heart transplant.
He’s been off the air since June, when he stopped working because his heart was failing. Click here to watch the video about his return.
“I’ve got a new engine,” The Democrat & Chronicle reports he said. “It will be a different world.”
Hetsko had been battling a heart condition for six years before he told viewers in June, “Unfortunately things have gotten to a point where we need to take more dramatic measures to keep me going down the road here.”
