Nexstar’s NBC and Fox affiliates and former Media General stations in Topeka, Kansas have a new GM.

Robert Raff comes to KSNT-KTMJ from WFXS in Wausau, Wisc. where he was the vp and GM. Nexstar says the owner of WFXS appointed Raff to oversee the financial and operational management of their second FOX-affiliated station WVFX in Clarksburg, W.V.

“Robert has an impressive broadcast television management career that spans over 30 years, including 14 years serving the local Topeka community,” said svp and regional manager of Nexstar Broadcasting Julie Pruett. “A well-respected leader with Kansas roots, his exceptional service and community involvement has been acknowledged by local viewers, businesses and public organizations throughout the Central United States.”
