Returning to Roots, Aaron Brown Reflects on Cable News

Aaron Brown was known as “Skip” when, at the age of 26, he went on local radio, broadcasting from the top floor of the old Northern Life Tower.

“It was a time in Seattle when you drank coffee — Folgers — and you didn’t compare it to Maxwell House . . . you were impressed by the Kingdome,” said Brown, who went national at ABC News and CNN.
