Bari Soash has been named news content director for Raycom Media’s Albany, Georgia NBC and ABC affiliate WALB.
Soash was assistant news director an executive producer at Raycom’s Toledo station WTOL.
“I am very excited to have Bari coming on board with us here at WALB,” said WALB VP and GM Jim Wilcox. “She is a proven leader inside of Raycom Media and we look forward to the energy and expertise she will bring to the great team we have here at WALB.”

Before working at WTOL, Soash worked at Raycom’s WBTV in Charlotte. She’s also worked at WLNS in Lansing, Mich.
