Puerto Rican reporter Orlando Rivera Martinez was on assignment when he witnessed two people being shot and killed outside a courthouse in Caguas
Martinez and a photojournalist were covering a story outside the courthouse when Martinez said he noticed a man who gave him “bad vibes.” Martinez said seconds later, the man pulled out a pistol and began shooting.
Martinez said he saw the man shoot two people. In the video below, you can see his reaction.

Authorities arrested the man and said the three were neighbors who had restraining orders against each other. They were due in court because the suspect was accused of violating the order.
