
Pregnant Cleveland anchor Sara Shookman is the latest local newser who will be broadcasting from home during the coronavirus pandemic.
The WKYC 7 and 11 p.m. anchor announced her decision during Tuesday’s 11 p.m. newscast.
“With the onset of this disease, we’re learning that many of the jobs we hold can be flexible—at least for the moment. These are challenging times for all of us, but we think we’re up to the challenge,” she said.
