KOIN has promoted Chris Holmstrom to weekend anchor
He started as a reporter for the Portland CBS affiliate in 2013.

Holmstrom came to KOIN from KOLD in Tucson, Ariz. Before that, he worked at KNDU in Tri-Cities washington.
