Phoenix Station Makes Changes in Newsroom and Digital

Phoenix FOX owned station KSAZ announced management changes in the newsroom and digital department.

Steve Levi has been promoted from senior executive producer to assistant news director. According to his LinkedIn page, Levi started at KSAZ in 1995 as an associate producer.

“Steve has done an amazing job over the last three years,  managing several aspects of our newsroom during a time of tremendous evolution and expansion,” said news director Doug Bannard. “He has proved he has the skills, temperament and vision to take-on this increased role at our station.”

Jeff Moriarty has been named director of social media and digital programming. He was the station’s social media manager.

“Jeff’s impact has been enormous in developing and executing our station’s digital strategy,” said Bannard. “In this increased role, Jeff will now oversee the continued expansion of ‘FOX 10 News Now,’ as well as our station’s overall social media approach and digital ventures.”
