SJL Broadcasting has named Peter Veto executive vice president of its Western Division and GM of Toledo, OH, ABC affiliate WTVG.
“I’m excited to expand my roll (sic) with SJL Broadcasting and build upon what I’ve already instilled in both markets from a sales stand point.” said Veto, who will stay on as GM of WJRT in Flint, MI.
He started his career with Viacom and has been the GM of WENY in Elmira, NY. Veto was promoted to GM and director of sales of WJRT in 2011.
