Orlando Reporter’s Facebook Post Gets More than 52,000 Engagements

A reporter’s post about an officer killed in an accident in Orlando received close to 52,000 engagements on Facebook according to Share Rocket data.

In February, WOFL reporter Derrol Nail was covering the story about posted about funeral arrangements for Deputy Kevin Stanton. It also included photos of the accident and a photo of the officer.

It was shared more than 16,000 times. The engagement on the post boosted Nail’s ranking among individuals in the market. He placed fourth in the market among individuals from February 7-March 7.

Others in the top five included WFTV’s Brian Shields, who was in first place, WFTV’s Jorge Estevez, Martha Sugalski and WOFL anchor Amy Kaufeldt.
