Josh Boose, an anchor-reporter at Buffalo’s WGRZ, is joining Cleveland’s WEWS as a reporter. He starts at the end of November.

After a two-year break from the news business, Chris Ramirez has been hired as a reporter at Albequerque’s KOB. He was previously a reporter for rival station KOAT.

Kay Norred has been promoted to news director at WHSV in Harrisonburg, VA.

After nine years as an anchor at the station, Raymond Mesa has been promoted to news director at KWHY, the independent Spanish-language station in Los Angeles.

Peggy Bunker, who was most recently a fill-in anchor for ABC’s “World News Now,” is joining Seattle’s KOMO as an anchor and reporter.
