Oklahoma City Chief Photographer Dies After Short Battle With Pancreatic Cancer

By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

News9 in Oklahoma City is mourning the loss of its chief photographer, Greg Blackwood.

He fought a short but hard battle against pancreatic cancer after being diagnosed earlier this year.

KWTV did a story in memory of Blackwood over the weekend. He started at the station in 1986 as an editor, rising to chief photographer, and also was a major contributor to the sports department.

He is survived by his wife Dana—who also worked at the station, most recently as a special projects producer—and his children.
