Mark Little has been named news director at Raycom’s Columbia, S.C., NBC affiliate WIS.
He comes from KFVS in Cape Girardeau, Mo., where he was news director. He started there as assignment manager in 1999. He’s also worked at KPLR in St. Louis, Mo
