Telemundo Rio Grande has named a new weekend sports anchor.
Carlos Revelo has joined KTLM starting today and makes his on-air debut on May 9.
“Carlos is a passionate sportscaster and he will be a great benefit to our Telemundo Sports Team lead by Carlos Yustis,” said news director Miguelángel López.

Revelo comes from the Univision station in the market where he was the sports anchor and sports director for KNVO Rio Grande Valley and Telemundo Oklahoma.
He was previously a freelance reporter for the LA Times and ESPN Deportes.
