Missouri Anchor Arrested for DUI

KMIZ anchor Joey Parker is off the air for now.

He was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

According to the Columbia, Mo. police department, Parker was involved in a minor accident on Saturday night. That led to police being called.


He was booked into jail early Sunday morning and was released on $500 bond. Parker is also possibly facing charges for making an illegal u-turn.

Parker has been an employee of ABC affiliate since 2013.
