Minnesota Anchor Confirmed as Potential Running Mate

Former House Minority Leader Matt Entenza, one of three major Democrats remaining in the 2010 race for governor, confirmed Tuesday that long-time KMSP-TV news anchor Robyne Robinson is on his short list of running mates.

“Robyne Robyne is somebody who we’ve chatted with,” Entenza told KARE, “But there’s a number of very exciting people that we’ve talked to in the past three months. The important thing is looking for someone who can help me communicate my vision of how we’re going to make sure we grow Minnesota jobs, make sure Minnesota education’s the best and restore Minnesota to greatness.”
