Mike Linden is leaving Lexington, Kentucky CBS affiliate WKYT for a job as chief meteorologist.
“Starting February 6th, I’ll be the Chief Meteorologist at FOX56 WOLF TV in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania,” he wrote on his Facebook page yesterday. “Kentucky will always have a special place in my heart. I grew as a professional here, I became part of the BBN and I even married my beautiful wife Rachel Hoops here.”
Linden is a graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
I can't believe today is my last day @WKYT. It's been an AMAZING 2.5 yrs with some awesome people. See you from 7:00-9:00! #WKYTRulesWinter
