A Richmond man was arrested after walking into a police precinct, holding up the WTVR news app showing shots of a man wanted in connection with a theft at a fire house and saying “Yo dog, that’s me.”
WTVR reports Edward Faggins of West Clay was charged with larceny.
Police said the suspect rode up to a South Richmond fire station on his bike and took an electronic device.
