London Broadcasting is expanding its small group of small-market TV stations in Texas with the purchase of KIII, the ABC affiliate serving Corpus Christi (DMA 129), according to an FCC filing seeking approval of the deal.
London, headed by Terry London and backed by Sun TX Capital Partners, is buying the ABC affiliate from Michael McKinnon and family for $31.3 million.
