Lisa Jackson Out as News Director at WRGB

WRGB_7427E_WebSThe Albany Times-Union reports Albany CBS affiliate WRGB has parted with news director Lisa Jackson:

The Times Union confirmed Jackson’s departure Thursday with management at the station, officially known as WRGB TV. However, no reason was given for her separation or if it was voluntary.

A call to Baltimore-based Sinclair Broadcasting, which owns WRGB TV was not immediately returned.

Jackson has been with the station since 1987, starting as a news producer. She made her way quickly up the ranks to executive producer , public affairs manager, creative services director and then manager of brand development.
