KVVU general manager Todd Brown is heading to corporate as the svp and chief revenue officer of Meredith Local Media Group from Las Vegas.
In the new role, he will oversee advertising revenue growth and strategy across Meredith’s station group. He will report to Patrick McCreery, president of Meredith Local Media Group.
“Under his leadership FOX 5 launched the Surprise Squad franchise, which now generates significant sponsorship revenue across the Meredith Local Media Group. Todd’s leadership and creativity are the perfect combination to lead our sales teams and stations into the future,” said McCreery.
Brown has been at KVVU for 16 years. He started as the local sales manager and worked his way up to vice president and general manager, a role she’s held for the past six years.
KVVU is conducting a national search for his replacement.
