KTVH Anchor Loses Battle With Cancer

By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

Longtime KTVH anchor and reporter Dennis Carlson lost his battle with cancer over the weekend.

Carlson was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer late last spring and has been battling the disease ever since.

For most of his career he worked in broadcasting at KBOZ radio and the Montana Television Network as a reporter, anchor and news director.

“We will remember Dennis as an incredible journalist, a wonderful mentor, a trusted colleague and friend,” the station said in a statement.

Dennis is survived by fiancée Laura Boltz and his children.
