KTLA Extends Morning Broadcast, Adds an Hour Show

KTLA has added a new newscast to its lineup.

The Tribune owned station announced it’s expanding the morning news broadcast by an hour.

Anchors Lu Parker and Glen Walker will anchor the 11am, hour long show, in addition to their duties at 1 and 3p.m.

“KTLA’s current AM News rotation, from 4-11am, is the most watched weekday news in the market, and continues to grow in viewership.  We greatly appreciate the loyalty of our viewers and seek to continue to deliver them the best news content in Los Angeles,” said Jason Ball, vice president and news director.

The extra hour started today.
