KSL morning show anchor and Salt Lake City radio personality Casey Scott has been arrested for DUI.

The incident happened on Tuesday, just after 3 p.m., in Kaysville, Utah, according to reports.

Court documents say Scott swerved into a car after leaving his lane. He lost control, ran a red light and collided with another car. Three beer cans were found in his car and police said they smelled alcohol on his breath.

KSL’s general manager, Tayna Vea, released the following statement:

“We obviously do not condone driving under the influence, and see it as a serious public safety issue. Three of our stations run campaigns aimed at safety on the roads. That said, this is a personnel matter. We are currently focused on gathering information and assisting our employee.”

Scott was convicted of driving impaired in 2015. Prior to KSL, he worked for KUTV, the Sinclair-owned CBS affiliate in the market.
