KSAZ weather guy Cory McCloskey was walking through the Desert Vista High School Marching Band when he tried to give viewers a closer listen to the magic emanating from the big brass instruments.
McCloskey stuck his mic into a sousaphone then lost the handle and dropped it in. After a bit of a struggle the mic came out and the segment resumed. We’re just hoping the sousaphone player remembered to empty his spit valves early and often.
