KOAT Weekend Anchor Kalyn Norwood Named White House Correspondent for Hearst

KOAT weekend anchor Kalyn Norwood is moving to Washington, D.C. to be the White House Correspondent for Hearst Television stations.

This is a move within Hearst for Norwood, who has worked at the group’s Albuquerque station for two years.

“LIFE UPDATE: This is my final week at KOAT after two years,” she wrote on Twitter. “I’m truly going to miss the faithful NM viewers and the entire work fam.”

Before working at KOAT, Norwood was a reporter and fill in anchor at KVUE in Austin, Texas.
