
After an RV fire shut down traffic last night on one of the most congested freeways in the Bay Area, commuters did what Bay Area folk do, come up with creative ways to pass the time.
Some held hands and posed for pictures. Others took a moment to lean against the center divider and contemplate life. The chopper for NBC-owned station KNTV caught some guy working on his dribble while he waited.

The CHP says the RV caught fire when one of the rockets it was carrying from a rocket hobby show exploded.
