Dallas-Ft. Worth’s KDFW has promoted weekend morning anchor Hanna Battah to weekdays, and is adding an extra hour to its morning show.

Starting Sept. 4, Battah will co-anchor Good Day from 4-6 a.m. and then report for the remaining hours of the show.

“In the short time since Hanna joined FOX 4, she has proven she has the talent and intelligence to take on this important role,” said Robin Whitmeyer, station vp and news director.

Good Day will expand an extra hour, extending to 10 a.m., with anchors Tim Ryan and Lauren Pryzbyl now in place from 6-10 a.m.
