Minneapolis NBC affiliate KARE has expanded its Noon newscast to a full hour.
Every weekday from noon to 1 p.m., Alexis Rogers anchors with meteorologist Ben Dery and CeCe Gaines, who also reports traffic on KARE Sunrise, weekdays 4:30 to 7 a.m.
“We expanded the show with a refreshing take on noon news, getting you up to speed on what’s happening in our community, and providing encouraging, engaging and entertaining interviews with people on a variety of topics,” said KARE news director Stacey Nogy.
