Journalists Use Social Media to Rally Behind WDBJ

Journalists across the country are using social media to express their grief over yesterday’s murder of WDBJ’s Adam Ward and Alison Parker.

Mike McFeeters, a national assignment manager for NBC News Channel posted the logo to the right on his facebook page.

The hashtag #WeStandWithWDBJ is also popping up on twitter.

While others are bringing back the #ThankAReporter hashtag.

Some are using color bars as a tribute.
