Jacqueline Matter Promoted to Good Day DC Co-Host

Jacqueline Matter (pictured third from left) has been promoted to co-host of Good Day DC on Washington, D.C. Fox-owned station WTTG.

Matter will co-anchor the 4 a.m. newscast with Stephen Graddick, report from 6 to 9 a.m. and then co-host Good Day DC from 9 to 11 a.m. alongside Stephen Graddick, Steve Chenevey, Marissa Mitchell, Mikea Turner, and Annie Mae.

Matter has been with Fox 5 since July 2021 as weekend evening anchor for the station’s 6, 7, 10, and 11 p.m. newscasts, as well as a reporter for the weekday evening shows. Before joining the station, Matter spent 5 years an anchor at WWSB in Sarasota, Florida and as a morning news anchor for WNCT in North Carolina.
