That’s what’s likely to happen at KVBC-TV, Channel 3, which has filed a request with the Federal Communications Commission to rename itself KSNV-TV.

The move, says general manager Lisa Howfield, would reflect the change in the name of the station owner, which had been called Valley Broadcasting Company (hence KVBC) and will now be called Southern Nevada Communications. More…
