In Arkansas, KHBS-KHOG Names New News Director

40/29 News, KHBS/KHOG-TV, is pleased to announce Dawn Dugle as News Director.

Dugle comes to 40/29 News from WAPT-TV in Jackson, Mississippi, where she successfully served as Assistant News Director for eighteen months. Before joining WAPT, Dugle worked two years as an Executive News Producer in Austin, Texas at KEYE-TV and for seven years as news producer at WTVT in Tampa, Florida.

A graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Dugle began her career as a News Reporter/Producer in The Marshall Islands. Dugle is also a graduate of the prestigious Poynter Institute, a journalism coaching and training school. While at Poynter, Dugle completed classes in broadcast news management and new media.
