DiLorenzo joined WFTV as a reporter in 2012, to be closer to his then-fiancée, who was working as an anchor/reporter at WKMG.

The duo explained their decision to move up North to the Orlando Sentinel‘s Hal Boedeker:

We are so grateful to our bosses for affording us the chance to work together in Orlando at WFTV and WKMG,” they wrote. “It’s been an incredible few years here, and we leave with great memories. Only now we get to do what we love, closer to home. We’re both from Connecticut. As for where we’re headed — stay tuned. “

DiLorenzo previously worked at WTIC, the Hartford, Conn., FOX affiliate, as a general assignment reporter. Rama was previously a weekend anchor at WSOC in Charlotte, N.C. Prior to that, she was a reporter at NBC affiliate WWLP in Springfield, Mass.

DiLorenzo’s last day at WFTV is this Friday.
