Hometown reporter Frances Wang is leaving KXTV, the station she grew up watching.
She made the announcement on Friday on Facebook.
“It’s been a dream come true and now a dream fulfilled … it’s now time for me to pursue a new dream. My time at ABC10 has come to an end and so has my time here in my hometown. I’m excited to share what’s next, but for now, I just want to embrace my final moments here with you. Thank YOU for welcoming me into your homes. Thank YOU for all your kind & sweet messages: I read and keep every single one,” she said in a lengthy note

Wang has been reporting for the Tegna-owned station for three years.
It’s unclear where is she going next; she has not announced her next move.
