Here’s the Roundup for the Week Ending June 9

In this week’s edition of the roundup, TVSpy wonders if we’re watching the sad and slow spiral of a former San Francisco Bay Area news anchor into obscurity after he is arrested twice in one night, while another TV type opts out of the news life by taking a regular nine to five job.

On Tuesday, we reported that former KTVU anchor Frank Somerville (pictured) was arrested at his family’s home. We found out he was arrested again just hours after being released from jail on Monday night, Berkeley police confirmed. Click here for more.

While WDAY in Fargo, N.D. celebrates its 70th anniversary this month, the station is also celebrating WDAY anchor Dana Mogck, who is marking his 40th anniversary at the station. Click here to read about it.
