Granite Broadcasting’s WBNG-TV, channel 12 in Binghamton, NY, announced that its VP of News, Greg Catlin, is being promoted to General Manager of the station.
According to WBNG’s website, Catlin replaces Matt Rosenfeld who has been appointed President and General Manager of KSEE24 in Fresno, California.
Greg joined WBNG in 1982 as the Elmira Bureau Chief. He has progressed through the years from reporter to anchor to Managing Editor and then on to News Director/Anchor of WBNG in 2000. Greg was promoted in 2007 to Vice President of News and took on the additional responsibilities of managing the news at WTVH as well as WBNG. More…
