The NBC and ABC affiliates in Sioux Falls, South Dakota will soon be under one roof.

Gray Television, which already owned KSFY, has reached an agreement to buy KDLT, the Red River Broadcasting owned station in the market.

The $32.5 million cash purchase is subject to approval but is expected to go through in the third quarter of 2018.

In 2016, KSFY moved to a new facility that has additional space for a second news and sales operation.
