Marsha B. Fogarty has been promoted to general manager of Gray owned Savannah, Ga., CBS affiliate WTOC.
Fogarty joined WTOC in 1998 as an account executive and was later promoted to local sales manager. She’s served as the station’s general sales manager since 2014. Her prior experience includes roles as manager of community relations and development at Memorial Health and as marketing director for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System.
She started her new position on Friday, October 21.
