Gray Television, Inc. says it has reached an agreement with Marquee Broadcasting, Inc. to swap television stations.

In the deal, Gray will sell its Boise, Idaho Fox affiliate KNIN to Marquee and, after that deal closes, will buy Marquee’s MeTV Network affiliated Macon, Georgia station WPGA.

The deal will give Atlanta based Gray a full-power television station in every market in its home state of Georgia.
