Fort Myers, Fla. reporter Mike Mason was arrested Friday on suspicion of DUI.
Mason’s station, Fox affiliate WFTX, reports Mason was arrested just before 10 p.m. on Friday night and was taken into custody on one count of misdemeanor DUI.
“Fox 4 management says it will review the details in the case, but does not comment on personnel matters,” said the station. Mason said the arrest isn’t valid and he plans to fight the charges.

He posted bond and was released on Saturday.
