Former Kentucky TV Personality Facing Multiple Charges

Former Bowling Green TV personality Kristi Hancock is facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into her mother’s home, taking her daughter and driving away while drunk.

WBKO and WNKY report Hancock allegedly drove to her mother’s home while intoxicated, broke a window to get into the house, assaulted her mom, then took her daughter. Sheriff’s deputies later found Hancock and her three-year-old daughter in a car along with an open container of alcohol.

WNKY also says Hancock confronted the station’s weather anchor Caleb Chevalier after he was sent to get some video of the scene of the arrest. Watch the video below to hear audio of the confrontation.

Hancock faces multiple charges including burglary, wanton endangerment, operating a car under the influence, domestic violence and resisting arrest. She was released on Monday on a $5,000 cash bond.

Hancock has worked at several of the local media outlets including WBKO in Bowling Green.
