Cierra Putman has joined Indianapolis NBC affiliate WTHR as a reporter.
“New city, new station, new position!” said Putman on social media. “Excited to join the WTHR-TV 13 Investigates team in #Indianapolis. So happy to join a legacy station and respected team.”
Putman said she “took a leap of faith” when she decided not to renew her contract at her previous station WFTV in Orlando without a new job lined up. After getting several offers, she said she chose WTHR because, “in the end, WTHR felt like the right fit,” she said.
