Flirtatious Emails to Remain Part of Lane Case

Alycia Lane‘s once-private e-mails are still part of the public record.

A Philadelphia judge declined Thursday to seal the record in the TV newscaster’s wrongful termination suit against CBS.

The emergency motion, filed by her lawyer Paul Rosen, came after the Daily News reported on flirtatious e-mails between Lane and NFL Network anchor Rich Eisen. More…
