The WVIT morning news was interrupted by a fire alarm Sunday morning.
Alex Miranda was doing doing a cooking segment for the Hartford, Conn., NBC-owned station when the alarm went off.
Miranda’s co-anchor, Heidi Voight, told viewers on her Facebook page company policy says all employees have to evacuate when a fire alarm goes off. So they did.
