Erika-MaldonadoErika Maldonado has paid her dues. After 10 years as a general assignment reporter at WGBO, the Univision station in Chicago, Maldonado has been promoted to weekday evening co-anchor.

Maldonado had been a fill-in anchor since Angélica Atondo left in October, but now her position is permanent. She will join veteran anchor Jorge Barbosa at the desk weekdays at 5:00 and 10:00 p.m.
