
Dallas weekend morning weather anchor Keisha Burns has left NBC owned station KXAS after five years.
Burns recently tweeted about her “next adventure,” saying:
Life update: After 5 years working with NBC 5 DFW, I’m gearing up for my next adventure. The time is now. I’ll have more on my next step soon, but today I want to say thank you! It’s been an honor and a privilege forecasting for you. 🙏🏾♥️ pic.twitter.com/DUkmo90Wbk

Burns came to KXAS in 2017 after working at KING and NWCN in Seattle for seven years.
On her Facebook page she added, “I’ll miss my news family, but looking forward to what’s to come.”
