Cincinnati Anchor Leaving to be With Husband in SF Bay Area

WKRC morning anchor Tiffany Wilson has announced she’s leaving the Cincinnati CBS affiliate.

“For three years, my husband and I have commuted across time zones juggling careers we both love,” said Wilson. “After more than 50 cross-country flights, we feel it is time to be together.”

Wilson started at WKRC in 2010.

WKRC GM Jon Lawhead said in a statement, “While we are sorry to see her leave, we know that she and Matt certainly deserve to be living happily together in the same city. Of course, we wish that could be Cincinnati, but our loss is the Bay Area’s gain.”

Her last day will be March 7.
